Le dentellature sulla piastra e sull'anello si incastrano per garantire un corretto trasferimento del carico. Collocando le guide perpendicolarmente l'una all'altra, è possibile una regolazione tridimensionale.
Le piastre di fissaggio con testa a martello sono disponibili in varie lunghezze. Nella scanalatura della piastra è possibile utilizzare bulloni a T M10-M12 per la guida CAC-F28. Per la guida CAC-F38 si possono utilizzare bulloni a testa di martello M10-M12-M16. Il carico massimo consentito è di 8,5 kN.
